Emphasis on exploring family-of-origin patterns and their impact on current life. Provides a safe supportive space to explore past achievements and to crystallize future personal and professional goals.

Offers, twice yearly, "The Women's Healing Circle" a group for women who've experienced sexual abuse.

Approaches:

I work collaboratively with my clients to explore how the past has influenced the present. With this knowledge, we come up with a plan together to improve the future.

I provide a safe, supportive space to encourage healing, change and growth. I'll ask you questions to help you on your journey, and provide feedback along the way.
